As the project lead, I managed a team of 3 to conceptualize and implement an online marketplace by applying agile methodologies. My responsibilities included gathering product requirements, engaging stakeholders, and handling the technical implementation of the marketplace. I also identified new channel opportunities, facilitated the onboarding of 20 business managers, procured the digital infrastructure, and assessed marketplace technology, payment systems, and operational models.
